The Start Small Movement is an organization founded by two young highschoolers who are passionate in the areas of finance and business. They aim to promote awareness of small businesses, helping them become more prominent and impactful in a world where most consumers buy from larger businesses.
We aim to promote awareness of the importance of female owned small businesses and help them become more prominent and impactful in a world where the consumer market is run by larger corporations. We hope to build confidence in these businesses and help them to reach their full potential by using our skills and knowledge to help accomplish the specific needs of each business
Every day, small businesses are getting overshadowed by big corporations more than ever. But small businesses are what make up our community; they’re our neighbors, friends, and local spots we all love. If we don’t step up, we risk losing that connection. That’s why we started the Start Small Movement, to stand by female-owned small businesses and help them push through the challenges and unfairness they face every day.
